Our restaurant offers "bistro" cuisine with strong Argentinian influences. Our dishes highlight the product, particularly through exceptional meats or local fishing. The cuisine works with seasonal products and evolves according to the arrivals of our partner producers.

A Latino duo

Gaspard & Philippe is first and foremost a story of friendship. They have been active in the restaurant industry for almost 15 years and have already created and managed several businesses with Latin accents together.

Our place

A corner of Argentina at the Port

Overlooking the Port of Nice and its marina, at the foot of the Colline du Château, we have imagined a place mixing the codes of the French bistro and Argentinian conviviality.
